Terms of Service

By using the MOOVE app and the moove.rs website, you accept these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. What MOOVE is

MOOVE is an app designed for personal trainers to manage clients — training and nutrition plans, progress tracking, billing, and communication. Each account is intended for ONE trainer who runs their own studio; MOOVE does not offer team/multi-trainer accounts for trainer-users.

2. Account and trial period

By registering you get 30 days of free use, with no need to enter a payment card. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration and for keeping your password confidential.

3. Payment and cancellation

After the trial period, continued use is billed according to the package matching the number of clients you manage (pricing is shown on the website). You may cancel at any time, with no notice period — access remains active until the end of the already-paid period.

4. Your data and your clients' data

You are responsible for the data you enter about your clients and for having their consent to process that data through MOOVE (e.g. health data, measurements, progress photos). MOOVE processes this data solely on your instructions, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Permitted use

You may use the account solely for the legitimate operation of your training business. The following are prohibited: sharing the account with persons outside your studio in a way that circumvents the pricing; attempting unauthorized access to other accounts or data; using the app for anything unlawful.

6. Service availability

We strive to keep MOOVE available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation free of any downtime (maintenance, unforeseen technical issues). We will notify you in advance of planned downtime whenever possible.

7. Account termination

You may request deletion of your account at any time by writing to info@moove.rs. We reserve the right to suspend an account that violates these terms.

8. Changes to the terms

If we change these terms, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
